I had the same thought as you. Not only Pieter, but also to Ben Smits - as AF is also as difficult.. furthermore, now that both FR and NL govt, has indicated to not travel for non-essential reasons outside of each respective countries, just only waiving the change fees is just not acceptable. (my comments are just based on what I know for NL current policies). In NL, the govt has said that they should not travel outside the borders until mid Jan2020.
