I have been trying to book travel with AA but have been getting conflicting info. I priced out a Business class ticket and was told that is non-fundable. I then priced out a Business Flexible thinking a refund is possible. Business Flexible mentions refund allowed, but with a fee? The flexible fare may or may not have a fee associated with a refund. Ultimately depends on the fare rules.
Unfortunately, aa.com does't make it easy to find these. One way to find this is to put the reservation on hold, and use the link provided in the email. I believe there may also be a link provided to the fare rules on the final page just before purchasing the ticket.
