I have been trying to book travel with AA but have been getting conflicting info. I priced out a Business class ticket and was told that is non-fundable. I then priced out a Business Flexible thinking a refund is possible. Business Flexible mentions refund allowed, but with a fee? I called CS and reached out to them on twitter and received conflicting answers. I want to book a took that I can cancel if need with uncertainty around Covid.

Any guidance on AA fares?
