Long-term, however, I have to believe that the RT's will be the Ultimate Elites as far as speed through the security checkpoints.
If only because they will be a very select group and smaller in overall numbers at any given airport than an airline's Elite flyers.
Just the matter of having to go through a few extra steps to get this stamp of approval will limit the number who can/will become RT's. Most folks won't bother IMO.
