Keep in mind that since 11/19 is a Friday, all the major strip hotels will be pretty expensive, compared to rates on weekdays. It is even worse if a big convention is in town. I have stayed at Luxor (okay, nice pool), Mirage (very nice), and in a couple weeks will be at MGM Grand. I don't think any of the big properties are any more gay-friendly than the others. One big factor is where do you want to be, either center-strip (Mirage, Ceasars, Venetian, Paris), or south end (NY NY, MGM, Luxor, Mandalay Bay)?
