Can't they just upgrade everyone to CW and F and put the cargo in WT and WTP?
What happens to those who are abroad? Rebooked on other airlines or stuck in duty of care? Both of those are expensive for BA. If passengers are stuck in the UK and can't get home to their home countries, can they even get hotel rooms and food for their duty of care during the lockdown?
