Collar stays really resonate with me. Not necessary at a resort property, I suppose, but in any downtown luxury property.

And not 'on request' either ... if I realize that I need one, it's no doubt 5 minutes before I have to be somewhere, because I'm running late getting dressed, and having the collar stay right there is really meaningful assistance. Even if service is prompt in bringing them, I'll be quite stressed over whether they'll get there in time...
