i was alarmed by the pitch of the F class seats in the new Oasis config. While I haven’t seen any definitive measurements, the pitch is definitely less than the 37” you find in the equivalent 737 Oasis/Kodiak cabins. Creating the seat maps is normally a simple space planning exercise - fix the bulkheads at either end and distribute the seats accordingly, then cross check against photos, videos etc. What alarmed me is the 20F cabin spans only 9 windows front to back so I estimate the pitch is in the region of 35 to 36”. This is without question a significant densification.
Another A321OA observation is these aircraft appear to be based at CLT at the moment and given the current small number of refitted aircraft, the 20F seat map only shows up on AA.com at around 24 to 48 hours before departure.
