The Aust and NZ thing makes sense, they have lower cases than Singapore
Not segregating transit passengers is a curious choice though, they’ve obviously decided that the changes of transmission on board are infinitesimally small, and not worth the hassle. You can also bet that decision wasn’t made without the SG govt’s consent.
