Perhaps letting this play out a little and see what natural occurs before trying to redesign the process.

In reality, not that much may change. The FA announcement appears to still suggest using the lav in your cabin. That alone is not going to make a major migration change. Most will not notice the change.
What some will discover is they are not stopped from going forward. Likely only makes sense for those forward part of economy, the closest lav for most will still be in economy ( on most aircraft)

I suspect on average this will be a small increase in traffic toward the forward lavs
