Whilst I think we all expect (hope) that things will change by the middle of 2021, at the moment the way Jetstar and Qantas are operating is that route decisions are made ( in response to changes in travel restrictions) and flights on those routes start to be sold, about 7-10 days before travel on that route commences. This is a marked contrast to the days of old (i.e. before Jan 2020 haha) when often there would be several months, if not longer, notice of a new route. Whatever anyone, be they wholesalers, airline staff or airline execs, says right now could be described, at best, as just a loose plan or intention. It's difficult to reach other conclusions right now.
