Um, I guess I do, but not if you leave or arrive via LHR or another English airport. Well, I doubt the SI will be written with every loophole comprehensively handled - at least that hasn't happened so far - but it wouldn't seem to be within the intent of this if a Scottish resident travelled through England to depart internationally, unless it was work related. It may be a moot point if flights continue to be cancelled.
