Thanks. I was able to book WFH for the Thompson Beach House a few weeks ago. As it is very small and not meeting-focused I am guessing the workspace will be a second room there too, like the main house. If capacity is capped at a certain % but using a room as an office doesn't count towards that % then it makes sense.

Another factor GH PDC vs Andaz is the size of an upgrade suite. The "Standard" suite GH PDC is about 600 sqft, vs. several options in the 1,100 sqft range at the Andaz. So if you are using a TSU, then depending on how many people need to work the confirmable space at the Andaz might be big enough to make the external workspace less important.
