We were supposed to spend 4-5 days in ATH this week on tickets I bought in June with the 50€ survey voucher. (Final price ~118€/p). When lockdown seemed imminent, we decided to cancel the trip. Called up on Thursday and the agent proactively offered a full refund (because one segment had been cancelled and the return was moved by more than 1 h). Received the nondescriptive cancellation email a few minutes after the call, and the refund processed email on Friday morning. The refund posted to my credit card (dated Thursday) on Saturday.
