Unexpected but Much Appreciated Birthday Upgrade from Hertz DFW
Last week I turned 35. I arrived at DFW on my birthday with a Mid Size reservation. My brother pointed to the Gold board and said "hey your name shows twice." I was listed once under Pres Cir and once under spot 303. I went to 303 first and found a BMW 430i with a huge bow on it. My email noted that they were giving me this upgrade because of my birthday. I was really surprised and delighted though of course I ended up driving under 50 miles
