I'd hate to plan the perfect vacation to Hawaii, get a negative (or false negative) pre-travel test, but need to be hospitalized within days of arrival due to COVID.

If 3 more people get COVID in the next few days, Kauai locks down like Lanai and shuts down the pre-travel testing quarantine-waiver program. I wonder if it'll happen before or during Thanksgiving.
