Ryanair has a 8.15am departure from Dublin, arriving LGW at 9.30am, BUT it arrives at the South Terminal which should give you a lot more time to transfer.

They actually offer a 14-day advance EUR 8.99 fare + taxes (E 13.95) one-way on this route on Tue-Thu!
