17 hours is too much time to spend at the airport and I would suggest you stay in the city and leave early rather than staying at the YOTEL at the airport.
You would wake up early that day, maybe around 04:00-04:30 but you would still have 4 hours to sleep on the BCN flight and the morning BCN flight is usually a 330 with either recliner or lie-flat seats. ( Obviously, the aircraft type could change until next year ).
downinit , the OP would like to go to the city during his connection and voluntarily booked a long connection. He could have technically flown to Barcelona without overnighting so the free transit hotel of Turkish Airlines does not apply here.
