You need to manually "combine" the points (that's what Chase calls it). Basically you transfer them from the CSR to the FU. Head to the Ultimate Rewards portal and "Combine points" should be one of the options in the menu.
For anyone unfamiliar with the process, there are two separate menu items that do the same thing. Here's the menu bar at the top of the UR portal:
If you click the menu bar at left (circled in red), you'll get a very long drop-down list. "Combine points" is at the bottom:
You can also click the drop-down arrow (circled in yellow at right above). Doing that, which I find more convenient because you don't need to scroll down, displays the same menu items in a panel:
