I have a points reservation made for early next year at Hilton La Romana Dominican Republic. The message below popped up on the website when viewing the reservation. Child is 11 yrs old and on the reservation we paid for with points. Are they expecting an additional $60 a day (like a resort fee?)

This is an All-Inclusive Resort. Children under 2 stay and eat free, ages 3 - 12 incur an additional charge $60.00/night/child (paid at check-in), ages 13 and older will be charged an adult rate. Children 13 and older should be registered as adults. Otherwise, $90/night/child will be added to your account at check-in. Hilton Honors Redemptions will incur the same charges as indicated above.
