Based on the reports I have read, you are best off with the Vault test if you aren't happy with, or can't book an appointment with, one of the preferred providers.

If the Carbon Health test wasn't both cheaper and had results ready within a couple hours, I would have opted for Vault. It is hard to beat the convenience of spitting into a cup at home and having FedEx deal with the logistics.
