Given that that's a NJT station and plenty of train (Amtrak) options both towards and away from NYC (at least pre-COVID, haven't had reason to look recently) -- and AFAIK it hasn't been an Amtrak-staffed station/ticket office in years I think it's safer than the UA CTO (how many CTOs are left in North America generally speaking anyway) or the multimodal FQTV program... Disappointed to see it go, but not that surprised; if anything I think covid just hastened the inevitable.
