Covid-19 by now is so political, that I do not feel comfortable talking about it. Hoteliers generally do not about politics, religion and sexuality, for good reason, at least in the old days, maybe they should consider adding Covid-19 to that list.
I love the industry and I continue to travel, as I believe it is not the main driver of the pandemic, if taking precautions and following the rules. But my heart goes out to everyone affected, and most are affected economically more than medically.
Where I live we will have a new lockdown Monday onwards, so let's see what will happen. If they let us, we are considering flying to Dubai, where restaurants, gyms, spas and facilities are still open, with safety measures, and the situation is under control there.
