That complaint form is a requirement. They cannot "run out" of them. If that happens, they are to make copies.

I hope you nail them hard for both that and the stupid, un-American and unnecessary harassment you received.
Amazing - you go through one day later and you are not subjected to the Shoe Carnival. I guess the supervisor I spoke with wasn't kidding when he said "the rules change daily".

As far as complaint forms, I am going to print one up, complete it, and mail it into the FSD at Louisville. In the future, I may just have to print a blank one or two, carry them with me, and when told "we don't have one", I'll pull one out and say, guess what, I do

The fact they have to do a complete secondary is bloody ridicilous, considering I didn't even trigger the WTMD. Where has common sense gone?

If they are so concerned about bloody shoes, why don't they do a quick shoe inspection vs a full secondary inspection which includes patdown and wanding of entire body, including the torso, un-doing my belt, and exam of my front area?

As far as common sense, I forgot, there has never been much common sense with the TSA to begin with; just smoke and mirrors.

Best,
