Most recent stay was the RC in the USVI in late August. Had some "tresor" brand of shampoo/ soap.
On most of my stays I've only had the generic RC toiletries, although on my recent visit to the RC in HK I had Bulgari Green Tea, which was the swapped for White Tea on the second day. (I liked White better than Green anyway.)
To me the brand is less important than the actual quality and quantity. There've been some luxury-branded toiletries I didn't care for too much (can't remember details). Only a few truly stand out, such as the Dorchester's. (See also the
