yeah, the second response from Hyatt was
“The award is issued by Chase. We do not have access to your spending. We do not know when you reach the amount. Per our terms and conditions. "Please allow 4 weeks from the end of the promotion period for the Free Night Award to be issued to your World of Hyatt account at
