All I know is what was open the morning I was there was a coffee stand outside Zen Kitchen, and it had coffee, pastry, smoothies, instant oatmeal and the like. It's possible they've opened more or changed menu options, I guess.
For us, it had two egg options in addition to the above. A scramble with meat and then a "super food scramble", both served with standard Hilton potatoes (no toast). The super food appeared to be kale and some other green blended into a pure and mixed with eggs and topped with pomegranate seeds. It was truly bad. We got to the room and realized we had both eaten the potatoes and ignored the eggs. No amount of salt or Tabasco could bring them to life.
I'd go with the pastries or oat meal if I was back again.
