Not sure if you are the only one, but I needed to book a room for next week anyway . . . and I was able to confirm it. It seems as though, every so often, there are these "Internal Server Error" pages that will come up when I'm trying to view details behind my account. I have been able to hit refresh and then log on again, and it seems to solve the problem - if only temporary. ^ Hope you have more luck with this - I can understand how frustrating it can be, especially after you take the time to input all of your info.
