Card got it in summer promo at WalMart Neighborhood Market, NOT regular WalMart.
We do not know this go round until the effective date Nov 1.
Freedom cards did NOT earn 5x at WalMart Neighborhood Market - it is specifically excluded in Freedom's T&Cs.
