You miss the all important fine print.
Virtually ALL the OC to NC are originally expired in 2019, then when changed o NC, it is counted as the one and the only extension, with the expiration date in 2020.
Essentially, NO OC to NC would be eligible for the Aug extension, only those TP certs redeemed as NC upfront would qualify.
