On final approach for inbound aircraft both ferry flight and charter pilot mentions that and instructions are given. Last night UA 2535 from CVG missed a turn on the ground and had to spend extra time extended rerouted taxi to get to the location for deplane near the de ice pad. I would think the airport runways and taxi would have been upgraded to handle the wing span of a 777 wide body aircraft.
