I opened the card in Oct or Nov of 2016 and would have received the bonus within the first billing cycle or two, don't remember exactly which month, though.

If I'm reading between the lines correctly, you're probably going to suggest that I'd be better of downgrading the CSR to a no-fee card, and applying for a new CSP to take advantage of the signup bonus?

UPDATE: looks like the bonus posted on my first statement, which was dated Nov 17, 2016.
