The record locator shouldn't change. You're looking for a different ticket number, with the ticket showing OY class, when the ticket is reissued. If you look at the PNR on delta.dumb, you should be able to click to see the current ticket/receipt and check whether it shows a coach fare code or OY in the column to the left of where prices appear. If you click to see the receipt on the DL app, the letter after the word "cabin" is the fare class for each segment.
