Terminal 6 would make financial sense only if the airport got some kind of committment for a substantial "focus city" or "mini-hub" operation from one of the airlines. Southwest? JetBlue? But I'm afraid Covid-19 has killed CLE's and Cleveland's forward momentum at just the wrong time for that to happen. Would love to be wrong.
