what do you do in the end ? Still travelling to Cancun ?

BTW, am I the only on thinking it’s obvious they use customers to manage cash-flow ? Sales here and there, incredible discounts on flight they know won’t go ahead to collect some fresh cash and then cancel and offer a voucher.

i booked my flight with the last sale 2 weeks ago, nothing changed, I’m 100% sure they knew the flight would be cancelled when they sold it.
There must be something else at play. No idea why BA would cancel something if the cabins were full as you say. As for keeping people's money, well BA holidays will auto refund on cancellation unless the customer tells them otherwise. As for cancelled flights, it's most airlines. I've had my aeromexico flights mex to cun for this Monday moved twice and only booked two and half weeks ago or so. Can't change online and have no status so phone wait is long. AA moved various flights too. It's part and parcel of pandemic era flying for the time being. Airlines have got to be optimistic that some routes will be flying.
