If the outbound aircraft went unserviceable at NCL, or the flight was cancelled for some other reason, would BA pay for a rail ticket back to London as discharge of their duty of care. Would such a train journey attract TP and Avios, and if they did not arrive automatically would an ORC claim be successful?
