AA sales now shows this: "*Note: Rollovers do not apply in the COVID-19 situation. If a customer has a ticket which is not impacted, nor changing, but desires to take advantage of American's new lower fares, a NEW ticket must be purchased at the new lower fare and the original ticket may be held for future use." I believe that is what my AAgent is referencing. What I'm trying to determine, tho, is whether a change to an earlier flight for 1 segment will qualify for repricing/reissue + issuance of voucher. Or, will AA just revalidate segment 1 to show an earlier flight but retail the original, now higher fare.
