Today, Denmark decided to close the border for Cyprus (47.9), Latvia (35.6) and Germany (42.1). The border is now only open for residents of Estonia (17.6), Finland (25.8), Greece (26.3) and Norway (18.7) and certain parts of Germany and Sweden.
Sweden is assessed at county level. The border was closed for residents of Norrbottens län (38.3), Skåne län (46.3), Södermanlands län (30.0) and Västra Götalands län (38.0). The border remains open for residents of Gävleborgs län (23.7), Kalmar län (15.3), Värmlands län (22.0), Västerbottens län (19.8) and Västernorrlands län (15.8).
Schleswig-Holstein (16.2) in Germany is considered a border area and was therefore assessed separately. Denmark remains open for residents of this region, but is closed for residents of other parts of Germany.
Skåne län (46.3), Blekinge län (24.1) and Hallands län (43.7) are also considered to be border areas, but they are all above the threshold. To enter Denmark, residents of these regions need to bring a negative coronavirus test which is at most 72 hours old.
