Lovely story to start my day! In contrast with my experience with CX at HKG, we were a family of 6 all travelling J... 2 Golds + 2 Silvers + 2 Blues (who needed wheelchair mobility).

Went to the First checkin who played by the rules, said each wheelchair Blue can have only 1 extra person accompany, we all ended in the Pier J lounge even though, technically, 4 of us could have been in the Pier F lounge.
