Samething happening
I am having the same thing happen. I am on my third statement with no credit. I called and they said there was some other offer applied. I asked to speak with a supervisor. I told the supervisor the offer I applied for, told her we applied directly from the link for that offer, and have the exact card that they show. I told them they can't just switch offers because they want to when I applied for a specific offer. Supervisor is escalating the issue and we shall see where it leads. If they won't fix it then I will go a legal path since these seems to be a very common issue.
