We used Wren for our trip to Cyprus on 1 Oct and paid the extra for the 24hr turn around. We had the test at 1100 on Monday and the results were emailed at 1000 on the Tuesday, followed by a phone call to check that we received them. Couldn't fault the process and after some research £170 didn't seem an unreasonable price for a 24hr turnaround. I think their 48 hour turnaround is £145.
