It's not the accent, it's poor diction in English. While using agents in India is not unkown to DL (I've experienced Indian phone agents much more with UA), the foreign agents with DL have always been well trained to speak with North Americans with understandable diction. With this lady, she was so indecipherable she had to spell out D-E-L-T-A for me to understand she meant Delta, a tell that she was not actually working for DL.
