How unwilling is BA to convert a booking on my account directly to TPs? I've received a 'No' from both their customer services and on a previous question on the TP runs thread, but is it 'Not unless you ask really nicely' or 'Absolutely impossible!'? Secondly, why are they unwilling if you've already paid for your flights and aren't asking for a voucher, etc.?
