Angry Royal FIRST Flexi fare for a BUSINESS class ticket
I booked LHR-BKK last night (TG917 for December), and chose the "Royal First Flexi" fare type, as I thought this was first class.

I just had a look at the booking details now and turns out that this is a BUSINESS CLASS ticket. Is this normal?

I've just emailed THAI's London office now (email dated 22:37), and the booking was made 23:35 the night before. Is it possible for me to still cancel this booking or downgrade it to the cheaper business class fare?
