We have a BA Holiday booking next month to Vienna, I’m minded to think two weeks quarantine isn’t worth three nights in a masked ball masquerading as a Christmas market!

Now here is the point, we have only paid a deposit, does anyone have any experience of turning a deposit into a FTV or do you think we will enter the bizarre situation where we have to shell out the remainder to get it back?
