Yes, please report back as we are schedule to stay in late-November!

Personally, I would lower your expectations on the dining front. Not in general, but just that I have found these "name brand chefs" are just getting paid so the hotel can use their name at a restaurant.
Also (unpopular opinion warning) - I found Pujol to be highly overrated; Although I do like Cosme.
