Wasn't WS serving a bunch of those mostly in name only these days? I was trying to help a friend plan a trip to near ZBF in the summer and seem to recall WS only flying to YQM and YFC once weekly.

In which case, their pulling out entirely (for now) probably wouldn't make much of a difference to what AC could charge.
