We are booked for a stay November 6 - November 10 at the new One&Only Mandarina for my partner's birthday.
This is opening weekend so we hoping that there are no major issues.
We booked a Ridge Treehouse through Classic Travel and received an upgrade to Ocean Treehouse a couple of days after booking.

Some good news for the dining experience at the One&Only Mandarina as Chef Enrique Olvera from Pujol in Mexico City has recently been named the chef for the signature restaurant, Carao.
