Consumer Gold up for renewal. I was offered 10k points which I declined and canceled the card.

For me this card was sandwiched between a Platinum and an EveryDay. I mainly got it for the sign-up bonus at the time and honestly the benefits are well trumped by the Plat, so it's difficult to justify the AF for me. Separately, I also received an upgrade offer email on my EveryDay card to upgrade to Preferred for 25,000 points with $2,000 spend in three months. I'll probably take this offer as it seems to be a decent deal.
