Yes, can't quite get the Platinum yet, can't see a 6k eur expense in 6months for now, plus the fee is too expensive for now. I still have my Canadian AMEX Plat.
Also checked the AMEX Business, can't qualify for it for now, with the min 50k eur in revenue. Not to mention the 15k eur expense in 3months for the Plat to get the 100k points.
AFAIK, the Turbo programme works for all MR cards. And yes, they speak English, just ask nicely at the start of your conversation. They might put you on hold for a few minutes until they can allocate an English speaking colleague if the person you're speaking with does not.
